Salth met the party as they explored the upper ruins of Kalton Manor in the Shadow Marches. Impressed by Whiskey’s boast that the lizardfolk leader Ssluryth was a false prophet of the spirits, he been a dedicated follower of Whiskey when the shaman threw the head of the dragon Sarkis before Salth.
